Synopsis:

New Orleans, Louisiana, July, 1960. Young Edmund Malfleur, abandoned by his mother and left to stay with his grandmother, embarks on a life that no child should be made to endure. Neglected and abused for years by the only family he’s known, a series of tumultuous and harrowing events ends with two killings that would mark his life forever and lead his descent into madness. Relying on his wits, street wisdom, and charm, Edmund learns to survive… and indulge in his new-found penchant for murder, with a twist.

Kauai, Hawaii, March 2006. A serial killer leaves his grisly calling card on a secluded beach and manages to elude police long enough the leave the island. But where is he headed? Where will he strike next? In the days that follow, the murder of a prominent guest at the Queen’s Beach Resort on the Big Island brings the Pono family more terror, grief, and mayhem than they have ever known before. This time, it’s not their own relatives that the family has to fear… It’s much worse!

The Old Queen’s Murder contains some adult content.
