Michael A. Herr is an educator who has taught at all grade levels for 34 years in the San Francisco Bay area.
After retiring in 2000, he returned to his love of writing. Married to a native of Honolulu, he turned to his extended family
and the people of Hawaii for inspiration in the creation of his stories.
