Synopsis
:

The most sacred thing one can do is Breathe: “HA,” breath, perpetuates life fulfilling the innate universal desire and command to increase and multiply. It is paramount that all breathe with proper intent for intention creates. The unconscious breath is the root cause of all world suffering. Every breath exhaled consciously or unconsciously creates our universe. When the mind thinks the body automatically inhales, and when the body exhales, it automatically provides the necessary catalyst motion to transform thought into material form.

Thought and Breath creates reality. Be mindful of what you think and breathe out into the universe for it affects all life including your own. The dynamics of “HA,” breath, teaches proper breathing and pono, proper intent. “HA,” breath, is a rekindling of an ancient health practice that calms the mind and soothes the “soul.”

There are three breath forms:

  1. Noho Pu, passive meditative contemplation, opens the pathway to Ho‘o ike, enlightenment.

  2. A ‘ala “HA,” active meditative contemplation, uses repetitive O‘ono, chants, to manifest personal desires and enhance health through revitalizing and toning the internal organs.

  3. Ho‘o mana, storing breaths, is the third form that builds necessary Mana, energy, to overcome emotional challenges. Wise is the kanaka who store Mana for the future.

Olelo No eau, there is a saying... “Aia ke ola i ka waha, Aia ka make I ka waha” Life is in the mouth,. Death is in the mouth...  The three forms of breathing and information within these pages offer you a fullness of “Being.” It is yours to grasp mentally, physically and spiritually. For a better life “HA” with conscious intent.
