I need help finding items. Where do I go?

  Our site is organized by type of product and then by subject matter. Select first from the category tab at the top of the home page and then look to the left for more selections.

I already know what items I want. How do I find them quickly?

  In the left-hand column of every booklineshawaii.com page, there is a box titled Search. You can type in either title, author/artist isbn# or keywords pertaining to the information that you are looking for. If we have it you'll find it here. You can also click on the subject code area that you are interested in and check the index at the bottom of the page.

How do I keep track of the items I've ordered?

  To view the items you have already ordered, click on View/Change Shopping Cart in the navigation bar. Follow the simple instructions to delete items from your cart, or adjust quantities.

How can I get more information about a certain product?

  Simply e-mail us with your specific question and we will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may need. Not only will our staff answer all of your product questions, we will also provide you with information from the publisher/producer.

How can I order a hard to find product?

  If you have not been able to locate that special item you are looking for, simply e-mail us. We will special order it for you or help you locate it. Prices and estimated delivery time for special orders may vary, but we will notify you, via e-mail, with specific information related to your special order.

Once I put something in my shopping cart, can I take it out?

  Certainly. Click on View/Change Shopping Cart in the top navigation bar, and change the quantity of the item you'd like to delete to zero. Click "Submit Changes," and the item will be deleted; the Shopping Cart page will reload to reflect the changes.

What if an item is mispriced, and I am charged too much?

  With a database of over 30,000 products, errors will occasionally occur. e-mail us if you feel that the price for an item is incorrect, we will investigate the price, and immediately refund the difference if the price was incorrect.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover with online orders. To arrange for payment by check or money order, please call customer service toll-free at 1-877-828-4852.

How secure is your secure ordering?

  booklineshawaii.com uses Netscape's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt orders, ensuring that the order information will not be intercepted in transit. All major credit card companies protect cardholders against fraud, subject to a $50 deductible. booklineshawaii.com will protect you for this $50 portion in the highly unlikely situation that you ever encounter an inappropriate charge involving our company.

Online ordering is very safe, but you may also submit your order via fax, phone or regular mail.

Do you charge sales tax?

  We only charge sales tax for applicable products that are being shipped to Hawaii (4%).

How will I receive confirmation of my order?

  Soon after you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received it. The message will include all the information related to your order (except for your credit card number).

I'm dissatisfied with a past order. What will you do about it?

  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items on our site. If you are unhappy with any product you have received from booklineshawaii.com, you can return to us for a full refund.

Can I ship items to a different address than my own?

  Yes. On the Send Order screen, enter the name and address you would like the products shipped to in the "Ship To" area below your address (if it is left blank, the order will be shipped to the "Bill To" address. Shipping charges will be calculated relative to the shipping address. If the address is in Hawaii, a 4% sales tax will apply.

Do you ship to my country?

booklineshawaii.com will ship products to any country via First-Class mail.
