We ship to all fifty United States as well as
U.S. territories. All shipments originate from Hawaii.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method
selected and the shipment destination. As a general guideline
for U.S. domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for
delivery from the time you place your order.
Please provide us with a complete street address for shipping.
Most shipments are shipped via FedEx. Any shipments to
a post office box address will be shipped via USPS Priority
Mail. For USPS shipments, please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery from the time you place your order.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only (holidays
excluded).

Delivery to International Locations
All shipments originate from Hawaii. To ship an order outside
the United States, we will charge a flat rate based on the
table listed below to cover the cost of processing and
shipping your order. All applicable duties and taxes are to be
paid by the customer at the time of receipt. Payment for
orders must be made in U.S. dollars and will be charged to
your credit card as such. Please allow 10-14 business days for
delivery. All international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand may cause us to run out of certain
items. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be
notified via phone or e-mail. Your credit card will only be
billed for items after they are shipped. Therefore, charges
for out of stock items will not appear on your invoice or
bill. We are unable to accept backorders through
