Ko'u Mana'o has been together for four years.
Although Ko'u Mana'o has gone through several name changes, they have maintained the character
and the spirit of making beautiful Hawaiian music. Vocalists Chauncy Bermodez (1999 Frank B.
Shaner Falsetto Contest winner) and Keoni Ku (Pride of the Islands IV 'Eha grand prize & overall
winner plus winner in the Male Vocalist category) have a special blend of falsetto voices that create
"nahenahe" music. They also incorporate their own Hawaiian island flavor to various reggae music.
Ko'u Mana'o continue to add popular reggae, contemporary, and R&B influenced music to their
playlist, including songs from Gregory Isaacs, N'Sync, Smokey Robinson and Bryan Adams.
You can catch Ko‘u Mana‘o at Kapono’s every Saturday night!
