Composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist
Daniel Ho has released six best selling smooth jazz albums, several of which
reached top ten on Billboards, and almost all were top five in the national airplay charts. In the last seven years, he has been the leader of Kilauea, a nationally recognized smooth jazz group and has worked with artists such as Tia Carrere, David Benoit, Peter White, June Kuramoto, Bridgette Bryant, Gerald Albright, Richard Page, and Dean Pitchford, among others. He has also written, arranged and produced five of the six Kilauea albums which were reviewed as "some of the finest, most popular and melodic contemporary jazz music available."
Watercolors is Daniel's debut solo project, his chance to utilize all the skills he developed over the years to create a unique and personal sound. This smooth jazz recording features this multi-talented musician on piano, percussion, and slack-key guitar, performing music he composed to the art of Wyland, the world's premier marine life artist.
