Aziel Toeaina a.k.a. AZIEL the Artist is from an American Samoan decent. AZIEL was born January 1, 1978 in San Francisco, CA to
the Late Rev. Mataifale and Lefefe Toeaina. AZIEL has three older brothers and three older sisters.
AZIEL was highly influenced by his brothers Rev. Alex Sander and Rev. Albert Toeaina who are also musicians and singers. AZIEL
is also highly influenced by the R&B groups Jodeci, Jagged Edge and Mint Condition. His favorite R&B male artist is R-Kelly,
Genuwine, Darwell Jones, Al Greeen, Luther, Michael Jackson and King Davis. Favorite female R&B artists include Destiny’s
Child, 702, Total, Escape. Favorite Rapper include Boss Breaka & Tadaow from M.O.H., San Quinn from Done Deal, J.T. the Bigga
Figga from Get Low Records as well as 2Pac, Gigga, NAS, Ja Rule, Mac10, Daz and Karupt. Thanks for supporting Hawaiian music!
Most people will never forget Aziel for his chart topping hit "Fall In Love Again." The day it hit KCCN FM 100, Hawaii's
premier radio station, it immediately made it's way onto the daily "Top 5 at 5" becoming the number one most requested
song for two weeks. Another hit followed-a remake of Stevie Wonder's "Ribbon in the Sky." Listeners couldn't get enough
of Aziel's silky R&B voice.
